Add some bay leaves while you're pouring a bath and let them soak for at least a few minutes. This can help with eczema, fungal infections, or psoriasis.

Remedy No 1: Green Tea in Type 2 Diabetes Prevention

Green tea contains an antioxidant that has been shown to increase insulin sensitivity in the cells and slow down the rate at which blood sugar is released from the liver into the bloodstream. Have a cup of tea 10-15 minutes after lunch every 1-2 days.
